Refund Policy

Effective 2026-01-01.

Full refund before submission


If the bureau has not yet submitted the filing to the state, you may cancel the engagement for a full refund of both the state fee and the bureau fee. Write to support@filingsbureau.com with your reference number.

Bureau fee refund after submission


Once a filing has been submitted to the state, the state filing fee is non-refundable by the bureau (the state has it). The bureau fee will be refunded where the filing failed because of an error attributable to us.

Re-filing at no additional charge


If the state rejects the filing for a reason within our control, the bureau re-files at no additional bureau fee. The state fee for a re-submission, where charged, is the client’s responsibility.

What is not refundable


Information you provided that turned out to be inaccurate; delays caused by the state’s own processing time; and changes you made to the entity after the filing was submitted.

How to request a refund


Send an email from the address on the original engagement to support@filingsbureau.com with the reference number and a brief description. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment within five to ten business days.
